All Hotels, Meals, Ground Transportation, Airport Transfers, Taxes, Tips, Service Fees, Sightseeing Entrance Fees, Social Visits and Administrative Association Costs.
FOR SAFETY:
We use only top level Hotels and
First Class Motor Coaches. Meals are taken in Restaurants offering
excellent American and European Cuisine; we provide Japanese Cuisine
during the Tour as often as your group requests.
TRANSPORTATION:
6 members (5 + 1 translator) are
transported by our Association Van; 7 members+ travel by a reserved
First Class Stretch Van or Motor Coach
ESCORTS/TRANSLATORS:
10-20 members provides for one Escort
(of your choice) to join without charge.
20+ members provides for two paid escorts.
HOMESTAY ARRANGEMENTS:
Two Members are placed together in
each screened and approved home, unless otherwise requested. We
make every attempt to connect our Japanese visitors with Americans
of the same approximate age and social circumstance, i.e. nurses
with nurses, teachers with teachers, attorneys with attorneys,
etc. Visitors with little or no English ability can request a
Nissei/Sansei home and still be assured of a completely "American"
experience! And, in all cases, we try to match the hobbies and
interests of program participants.

(Allow 3-4 stops per day during Homestay period.)
